The situation
Bobby Cochrane has been a physical therapist in Kennebunk for nearly 15 years. He knew exactly what kind of practice he wanted to run. He just couldn’t get it out of his head and into words.
His patients had a problem he understood well. Too many had been told to “just live with it,” or felt like a name on a chart. Bobby wanted to be the opposite of that. He needed a brand that said so before anyone walked in the door.
What we did
Our strategy work landed on one idea: Bobby doesn’t sell recovery. He sells freedom. The freedom to chase your kids, get back to your sport, or wake up without pain.
That became the foundation. A purpose built on “movement is freedom.” Three pillars that make it real: care built around you, a space that feels like home, and empathy as the standard. A tagline, “Move Freely, Live Fully.” And a website that sounds like Bobby, not like a clinic.
What changed
Four months after the brand launched, Bobby hit the patient growth goal he’d set for two years out. He’s since hired two more PTs to handle the demand, and his schedule now carries a three-week waitlist of the patients he most wants to treat.
We’ve stayed on with Bobby since, on social, brand coaching, and a lead gen funnel that reaches people before they’re injured.
